My name is Catherine, and I reside in the village of Gotham in Nottinghamshire.

I am a fully qualified Clinical Reflexologist and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, the highest level of training available for reflexologists in the UK.

Prior to discovering reflexology, I spent over 20 years working in the fast-paced logistics sector. Like many, I reached a point in my life where circumstances led me to reevaluate my priorities and focus on achieving a healthier work-life balance.

It was during this time that a friend introduced me to the incredible Eva, a reflexologist who encouraged me to explore this powerful therapy. Experiencing reflexology firsthand allowed me to truly appreciate its benefits and transformative potential. With Eva’s support and guidance, I decided to retrain and qualify as a Clinical Reflexologist.

Health, nutrition, and overall well-being have always been areas of deep interest to me, and reflexology perfectly complements this passion. Through both my personal journey and professional practice, I have gained a profound understanding of the importance of caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

I firmly believe in the principle that "the body keeps the score." Every day, our bodies work tirelessly to achieve and maintain balance, often in response to life’s physical, emotional, and environmental demands. Taking time for yourself, allowing your body to relax deeply, can profoundly enhance its ability to heal and restore itself.
